MARBO-3EX is an extension board for development and evaluation purposes, which can be used in combination with Analog Devices' EZ-KIT Lite® for the Blackfin® high performance processor.
Incorporating a wide array of I/Os, MARBO-3EX extends the functionality of EZ-KIT Lite and allows you to develop your own unique products by freely combining the software components provided with MARBO-3EX.
MARBO-3EX reduces the time required for you to launch new products onto the market.

Made by Analog Devices, the Blackfin processor is a new type of embedded processor with an onboard core having both RISC and DSP functionality on a single chip. The Blackfin processor exhibits extremely low power consumption relative to its throughput capability (1.2 GMACS for the single-core type and 2.4 GMACS for the dual-core type). It has a wide range of applications, including digital consumer electronics, in-vehicle multimedia, network streaming, security and control systems.
